This policy explains how managednoc.com, operated by Avalon Web Services LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). We take a minimal approach: the Site works without tracking cookies, and no optional technologies are loaded before you consent.

What we use today

Strictly necessary storage

• Cookie consent choice — when you accept or decline optional cookies, we store that choice in your browser's local storage (key: mnoc-cookie-consent) so we don't ask again on every visit. This is a functional preference, not tracking.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the CAPTCHA on our contact form may set technical cookies or use similar mechanisms strictly to verify that you are human and protect the form from abuse. These operate only on pages where the CAPTCHA loads.

Optional cookies

We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, they will load only after you choose "Accept all" in the consent banner, and this policy will be updated to name the provider and purpose.

Managing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (which resets the consent banner) or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely; doing so will not break this Site's core functionality.

Regional notes

For visitors in the EU/UK and other regions with consent-based cookie rules, no non-essential cookies are set before consent, consistent with GDPR/ePrivacy concepts. For visitors in U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, we do not sell or share personal information collected via cookies.
